Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead AI-related transformation initiatives across its business divisions and corporate functions. This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful adoption of artificial intelligence tools and strategies at both individual and organizational levels. You will collaborate closely with the Group Chief AI Officer and senior stakeholders to shape, execute, and communicate change strategies that enable sustainable innovation through AI.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver enterprise-wide AI change management strategies
* Translate AI vision into actionable plans for change, communication, and engagement
* Develop stakeholder engagement and resistance management plans
* Create and execute internal communication campaigns around AI adoption
* Support business units in implementing AI use cases with tailored training and change frameworks
* Monitor and report on AI adoption metrics, feedback, and employee readiness
* Collaborate with HR, communications, and technology teams to align change strategy with business goals
* Act as a trusted advisor on organizational readiness for emerging technologies
Candidate Requirements
* 10+ years of change management experience, ideally in a digital or technology-driven environment
* Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
* Certified in Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management frameworks
* Proven record of driving change in large-scale transformation programs
* Expertise in internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and Agile methodologies
* Ability to assess organizational readiness and implement strategies to overcome resistance
* UAE Nationals preferred (Emiratization initiative)
