The Tech Lead - Corporate Delivery is responsible for optimizing business operations and IT strategies across assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing IT investments, and ensuring governance in selecting and implementing vendor solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of IT products, projects, and services for the assigned line of business.
- Establish and maintain governance structures to prioritize IT demand in alignment with business strategies.
- Act as a liaison between business leadership and IT teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Collaborate with tribe and chapter leads to conceptualize innovative technology solutions.
- Manage and optimize IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
- Oversee technical portfolio management and reporting for corporate IT applications.
- Ensure technology strategies align with enterprise IT landscapes and business aspirations.
- Lead resource planning and prioritization to support technology-driven transformation initiatives.
- Foster a skilled and engaged team working within a matrix structure to enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of IT experience, with 5-10 years in corporate IT applications for Finance, HR, Legal, or related group functions.
- Strong background in managing technology investments and enterprise-level digital platforms.
- Experience in accounting management or sales within technology management.
- Proven expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives and developing technology roadmaps.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive strategic IT objectives.
