Management Specialist - Procurement
Sundus is seeking a highly skilled Management Specialist in Procurement to oversee and enhance procurement operations, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes within large-scale organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and cost control
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
- Conduct contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints and organizational objectives
- Utilize ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.) for efficient procurement operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs
- Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare reports and analytics on procurement performance and cost optimization initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor relations
- Strong expertise in procurement strategies, contract management, and cost optimization
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience handling complex procurement projects within large organizations
