Key Responsibilities
* Manage tender administration processes within procurement systems ensuring compliance and accuracy
* Track sourcing timelines, milestones, and approvals to ensure timely execution of procurement activities
* Conduct initial compliance checks on supplier submissions and required documentation
* Act as a coordination point between suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders
* Support suppliers in system usage including tender submissions, documentation, and catalogue updates
* Maintain accurate sourcing records including RFQs, evaluations, and contract tracking logs
* Validate supplier catalogues ensuring pricing and product details align with agreements
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support audits and governance requirements
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
* 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations roles
* Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management concepts
* Strong organizational and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills with the ability to work across teams
* Attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus
Skills Set
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
* Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems; experience with Coupa is a plus
* Basic analytical skills for data validation and process monitoring
* Strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
