You'll get to know the company inside and out, rapidly assume responsibility and pursue the targeted development of your personal strengths. During a period of 24 months, you will complete 3 to 6 assignments in various functional area. You are actively involved in day-to-day business and projects as well as benefit from professional and individual guidance.
You will be rotated amongst the following functional areas:

1) Logistics
2) Material Planning
3) Customer Service
4) Supply Chain Enablement

YOUR ROLE
Systematically develop your leadership and decision-making skills - through multifaceted involvement in projects as well as in day-to-day business.
Benefit from the in-depth guidance of an experienced mentor and senior executives, including regular feedback.
Build a broad network within the company, from which you will reap lasting benefits.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Supply chain, or any related field with successful academic record
Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment (Supply chain experience is a plus)
Eager to learn, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development
Willingness and drive to become a future leader
