Business Sales Executive - Etisalat Plans Dubai

Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Sales Executive to promote and sell Etisalat business plans to corporate clients, government entities, and Emirati customers. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and maximizing sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

What You’ll Do

* Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored for businesses, government, and institutional customers
* Provide detailed information on plan features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients
* Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
* Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and resolving concerns effectively
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and clear communication
* Handle complaints and offer appropriate solutions within defined timelines
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
* Monitor customer trends and report insights to team leaders for process improvement
* Stay updated on Etisalat products, pricing, and service offerings to provide accurate information

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk operations; B2B or telecom sales experience is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving ability, multitasking skills, and computer proficiency
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
