Sharaf DG is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell Etisalat business plans tailored for corporate, institutional, government, and Emirati clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales performance while ensuring full compliance with telecom and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell Etisalat plans designed for businesses, government entities, and Emirati customers.
* Present detailed product information, features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
* Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring superior service quality.
* Meet customer service KPIs related to response time, resolution, and satisfaction levels.
* Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to maintain compliance.
* Support Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audit requirements.
* Participate in internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess service quality.
* Consistently achieve personal sales and productivity targets.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge and oversee daily operations.
* Motivate and guide team members, ensuring a healthy and goal-oriented work environment.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar telecom or sales role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and general PC applications.
* Age below 35 years preferred.
* Available for immediate joining (on or before 20th September 2024).
