Senior Engineer - Network Security UAE National

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network security-related issues
- Manage Huawei firewalls, IPsec VPN configurations, PAM, TACACS, and SIEM systems
- Implement and manage access control lists and policy filters on high-end routers and switches
- Analyze network architecture and recommend policies and strategies for infrastructure upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve network security issues under time constraints
- Coordinate with security planning teams to ensure security best practices and strategies are followed
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to troubleshoot service degradation or interruptions in network security
- Work with TAC for hardware, software, and network problem resolution, including RMA processes
- Provide 24 by 7 call-out support for escalated security issues
- Implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry security standards
- Maintain and document security policies, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Work within an ITIL-based operations environment, including change, incident, and problem management
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network security
- Strong knowledge of Huawei firewalls, VPN configurations, PAM, TACACS, and SIEM systems
- Experience in managing access control lists and policy filters on routers and switches
- Hands-on experience with information security products and implementation of security controls
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in network security environments
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Security certification such as CCNP Security is preferred
