Senior Manager/LM-NOC (UAE National)

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the LM-NOC framework to enable seamless network operations under the Pulse Project
- Establish documentation processes for incident analysis, root cause review, and risk management
- Implement strong knowledge management strategies to optimize NOC operations
- Lead the monitoring of network services in line with Pulse Project operations
- Set and maintain technology business control systems to align with business objectives
- Establish and maintain network monitoring mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop and execute staffing plans based on business demand and customer requirements
- Implement escalation mechanisms to manage stakeholder dependencies and agreements
- Monitor and report KPIs related to availability, uptime, change management, and maintenance
- Provide real-time incident status updates and resolution progress to senior management
- Allocate resources for swift resolution of critical incidents
- Develop operational plans to mitigate recurring incidents and ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including risk registers, mitigation plans, and progress reports
- Foster collaboration between LM-NOC teams and engineering stakeholders for operational success
- Facilitate technology audits, analytics, and NI investigations with management and HR
- Develop business cases for LM-NOC expansion and customer inclusion
- Support service provisioning, complaint handling, and special project consultations
- Lead periodic performance review meetings and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency
- Oversee CAPEX/OPEX monitoring and project progress, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Provide senior management with strategic insights on departmental progress and project developments
- Establish strong collaboration between Smart Security Solutions (SSS) functions and other departments
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced understanding of network architecture, telecom engineering, and ICT solutions development
- Strong expertise in NOC procedures, operations, and incident management
- Proficiency in CBCM, eNRM, PMS, CIM, WFMS, FSM, GDPT, Live Link, Soft Switch, IMS, and GPON NMS systems
- Experience in managing O&M of customer CPEs, including routers, servers, and IP-PBX systems
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale NOC operations and influencing business strategies
