Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the NOC framework to ensure operational excellence for the Pulse Project
- Establish documentation processes for incident analysis, root cause review, and process improvement
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge management strategies to optimize NOC performance
- Oversee network monitoring services and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives
- Set and maintain technology business control systems to align with overall business objectives
- Establish and monitor network mechanisms for effective service management
- Define staffing plans to align with business demands and customer requirements
- Develop and enforce escalation mechanisms to manage stakeholder dependencies and agreements
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to uptime, availability, change management, and maintenance
- Provide timely reports on incidents, resolutions, and progress tracking to management
- Manage resource allocation for swift resolution of critical incidents and service disruptions
- Develop and maintain documentation related to incidents, risk registers, and mitigation plans
- Facilitate collaboration between NOC teams and engineering stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead NOC strategy implementation, perform technology audits, and investigate network issues
- Design business cases for network operations expansion and customer integration
- Ensure support for service provisioning, complaint resolution, and special project consultations
- Lead performance reviews and training programs to upskill NOC team members
- Implement monitoring mechanisms for CAPEX/OPEX, project progress, and risk mitigation
- Assist senior management with project updates, departmental progress, and risk management strategies
- Establish streamlined communication between Smart Security Solutions functions and other departments
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced understanding of complex network architectures and telecom engineering principles
- Strong expertise in ICT solutions development and network operations management
- Proficiency in CBCM, eNRM, PMS, CIM, WFMS, FSM, GDPT, Live Link, Soft Switch, IMS, and GPON NMS systems
- Hands-on experience in managing O&M of customer CPEs (routers, servers, IP-PBXs) and related services
- In-depth knowledge of NOC procedures, standards, and operational guidelines
- Strong networking, stakeholder relationship management, and team leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage large-scale telecom projects and drive operational efficiencies
