Team Leader – Kiosk Sales – Dubai, UAE

Role Summary
Sharaf DG is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to manage kiosk sales operations for telecom products and services in Dubai. The role involves leading a sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets, maintaining kiosk operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

* Manage and guide a team of sales executives, providing training, coaching, and motivation.
* Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
* Drive kiosk sales for telecom products including SIM cards, mobile plans, internet packages, and accessories.
* Implement strategies to increase customer traffic, cross-selling, and upselling.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and escalations promptly.
* Oversee kiosk operations including inventory, POS transactions, and compliance with telecom regulations.
* Generate and present daily and weekly sales reports.
* Coordinate with management, marketing, and logistics teams.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in telecom or retail, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and POS operations.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a kiosk environment.
