Duties

· Answering the phone at a reception desk

· Preparing or processing invoices and quotations

· Sorting and delivering incoming mail and sending outgoing mail

· Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails

· Making logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences,

· Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records

· Managing digital document filing,

· Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies

· Preparing or processing invoices or estimates

· Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping tasks

· All Administration needed and required and assisting other departments

Suitable Candidate

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be speaking Afrikaans & English fluently
Must be computer literate
Solid work ethic & high attention to detail
Understanding of the conference industry will an added advantage
