We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Air Freight Sales Manager to take the lead in driving our logistics business forward in Dubai. If you’ve got the skills to close deals, build long-term client relationships, and deliver customized air freight solutions, this full-time role offers both challenge and reward. What You’ll Do

* Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
* Stay updated on air freight regulations, market pricing, and competitor activity
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in air freight sales or logistics business development
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and manage time effectively
* Valid UAE driving license required
* Age between 30 to 50 preferred
* Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer relationships
