Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary PMC technical focal point for architecture, civil, structural, and rail infrastructure matters across the program.
* Represent the client in senior technical, design, coordination, risk, and interface meetings with consultants, contractors, authorities, and third parties.
* Ensure employer requirements, design briefs, rail-specific criteria, and technical standards are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented by delivery partners.
* Provide independent technical advice to client leadership on built environment scope, rail infrastructure risks, program impacts, design issues, and delivery decisions.
* Lead the design lifecycle for architectural, civil, structural, and rail-related infrastructure works from concept and schematic design through detailed design and IFC deliverables.

* Monitor design and construction-related technical activities against the integrated master schedule and key program milestones.
