Site Supervisor - Operations
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites for DP World in Dubai, UAE. The Site Supervisor will ensure smooth execution of activities by coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and upper management while maintaining the highest standards in safety, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations across multiple job sites or departments
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
* Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support teams
* Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and senior management to meet project goals
* Assist with workforce planning, shift scheduling, and labor distribution
* Act as a communication bridge between field teams and upper management
* Provide on-site coaching, training, and performance evaluations
* Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are readily available for site operations
* Promptly implement corrective actions for any issues in safety, compliance, or performance
* Maintain accurate records of site activity, incidents, and personnel performance
Job Requirements
* Prior experience in a supervisory or site superintendent role, preferably managing multiple sites
* In-depth knowledge of construction or operational field standards
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
* Willingness to travel to various job sites
* Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
* Basic tech proficiency including mobile apps and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Operations, Construction Management, or a related field
* Safety certifications such as OSHA
* Familiarity with workforce management or field reporting software
* Bilingual abilities are a plus depending on project location
