Position Overview
The Station Supervisor will oversee daily operations at RTA bus stations, ensuring safety standards, customer service protocols, and regulatory procedures are consistently maintained. The role involves supervising staff, addressing customer concerns, and supporting emergency response activities.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and submit daily and operational reports.
Conduct daily visits to verify compliance with safety regulations and customer service standards.
Supervise station staff, assign tasks, and resolve staff-related issues.
Evaluate employee performance by reviewing completed tasks and work methods.
Handle and follow up on customer complaints to ensure effective resolution.
Respond to feedback from mystery shopper surveys and implement corrective measures.
Enforce passenger fines in line with approved procedures.
Manage lost-and-found items and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Provide support during emergencies and crises, including field presence on a 24/7 basis.
Ideal Profile
Diploma in a relevant field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in operations or customer service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate effective solutions.
Excellent communication and listening abilities for customer and staff interactions.
Team player capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in a wide range of computer applications.
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues and customers.
