About the Role
As an Imperial Club Agent, you will help shape the guest experience from the moment of arrival through departure. The position requires a balance of warm, personalized hospitality and careful attention to operational procedures.
Working
closely with colleagues across the resort, you will anticipate requirements, respond promptly to requests and ensure each interaction reflects the service standards expected within a five-star luxury environment.
Guest Experience and Operations
* Deliver efficient and welcoming check-in and check-out experiences.
* Handle cashiering transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
* Conduct welcome calls and care calls as part of the ongoing guest experience.
* Provide concierge assistance and respond to individual guest requirements.
* Anticipate guest needs and take appropriate action wherever possible.
* Resolve requests promptly while maintaining professional and personalized communication.
* Coordinate with colleagues across the resort to support seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain close attention to operational details throughout each interaction.
* Follow established security and cash-handling procedures.
* Help create memorable experiences while maintaining consistently high service standards.
About You
Previous experience in a similar position is required, ideally within a five-star luxury environment. You should be confident, energetic and adaptable, with a positive approach to teamwork and guest service.
Strong communication skills are important, together with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without compromising service quality or attention to detail. You should also be comfortable interacting professionally with a diverse range of guests and colleagues at different levels.
Experience using Opera Cloud is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic and-or Russian would be an advantage.
