Warehouse Supervisor - Warehousing Doha
Qatar Airways is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations including stock receipt, storage, handling, and transfer. This role ensures compliance with company SOPs while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and warehouse safety standards across locations.
Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 7000–9000 QAR monthly (Market estimated)

Job Overview
* Supervise unloading, receiving, and racking of goods in compliance with SOPs
* Ensure timely and accurate recording of goods using Good Inward Notes and inventory systems
* Coordinate with line managers for container scheduling and labor planning
* Oversee product storage, ensuring correct stacking, temperature control, and batch labelling
* Monitor expiry dates and enforce FEFO (First Expiry First Out) to minimize losses
* Submit weekly expiry reports and monitor vintage tracking for wine and specialty goods
* Supervise third-party security and maintenance of warehouse handling equipment
* Implement health and safety protocols to prevent injury and protect assets
* Respond to expiry-related inquiries and generate timely reports
* Review and ensure warehouse operations meet company guidelines for quality and safety
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Vocational, trade, or tertiary qualification required
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
Skills
* Knowledge of inventory management practices (e.g., FIFO/FEFO)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory software (e.g., Navision)
* Understanding of industry standards for temperature-controlled and specialty product storage
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Numeracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability
* Managerial skills including team delegation, coaching, and workflow management
