Were looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed even if extended efforts are required.
Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Performing day to day accounting data entries
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Schedule training, meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.
Taking calls, responding to emails.
Ensure the proper maintenance of the office facilities
Skills/Experience:
BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Min 5-years Administration and Accounting
Strong administration experience
Excellent communication skills and professional level of English language
Ability to work proactively in a professional, confident manner
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
