ROLE PROFILE
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence.
Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
Prepare sales presentations, and other sales-related materials.
Ensure documents are accurately completed , indexed, and pushed to the other team.
Monitor the flow of documents and track their progress to ensure timely processing.
Maintain document databases and ensure data integrity and security.
Provide training and support to the sales team on document control processes and systems.
Conduct and respond to regular audits and compliances teams to verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in real estate developers sales documentation.
Knowledge of sales CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English Language Fluency.
