We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design process for our digital products. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What you'll be doing:
Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user personas, customer journey maps, and other UX documentation.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design.
Work with our analytics team to optimize site experiences through A/B testing and site analysis.
Create documentation (Interactive playbooks, site architecture, use cases, and task flows) for team use.
Adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines.
Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to streamline design processes and implementing nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
Collaborated closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
What you'll need:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research methodologies and tools.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience is required.
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
