Key Responsibilities:
- To implement relevant laws, regulations, norms and standards of project quality and the companys relevant management systems, supervise and inspect the entire construction process, and provide project quality information.
- Be familiar with shop drawing design documents, accept construction organization design and construction plan disclosure, understand technical and management requirements, participate in technical disclosure to construction teams, supervise the disclosure of process and process quality requirements in place.
- Based on technical disclosure on construction team, to conduct quality inspection of the construction work and supervise as stand-by if necessary.
- To assist professional engineers to implement process control on process quality. Carry out incoming inspection, process quality control and completion acceptance to ensure reliable inspection and trial operation results.
- To attend project quality acceptance at each phase throughout the whole construction period, prepare quality acceptance documents.
- 6.Jointly with contractors, construction supervision unit to check and accept the inspected works.
- When the project quality is found to have hidden dangers or the quality is found to be unqualified after inspection, he/she shall issue a quality hazard rectification notice or immediately request to stop the construction and report to the project department.
- Responsible for the preparation of project quality plan, strictly implement the plan during the construction process.
- To participate in quality meetings, quality workshops and quality-related meetings, analyze the quality situation and propose corresponding rectified measures.
- To assist Project quality Director to carry out quality education training, disclosure, and QC group activities.
- To compile and collect relevant quality management materials, prepare quality inspection logs, describe quality issues on site in a detailed way, and provide feedback on the rectification situation.
- To participate in the investigation and handling of project quality accidents.
- To completed other tasks assigned by the leaders in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelors degree or above in Construction Engineering, Machinery, Engineering Management or similar majors, based in the United Arab Emirates, under the age of 40.
- Understand the laws, regulations, and policies related to engineering project quality management in international projects, and be familiar with the local regulations, policies, systems, and requirements related to engineering project quality management.
- Familiar with the basic structure and main content of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety system certification.
- Proficient in computers, familiar with common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
- More than 3 years working experience on quality, able to independently responsible for project quality work.
- Priority given to those with experience in airport quality management.
