- Oversee and providing training to the housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed. Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
- Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
- Motivate team members and resolve any concerns.
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests and carry them out.
Strong personality, must be able to handle and manage a team of HK staffs, can speak fluent in English
- Stock Level Assessment: Regularly evaluating stock levels to ensure they meet demand and operational needs.
- Visual Inspections: Conducting daily visual inspections of incoming goods at our warehouse and ensuring they meet our quality standards before they are transferred to our retail shops, dealers, or customers.
