Office Staff Front Office Job Vacancy in UAE
- Responsible for delivering and picking up mail, message, documents, packages, and other items to and from offices, post offices or any other location if required
- Handle basic administrative duties like scanning, copying documents, filing, maintaining documents, operating the telephone lines in the office, and taking messages as and when required
- Serving tea or other beverages to guests or office staff
- Organizing and cleaning equipment
- Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
- All Health and Safety instructions are to be adhered to at all times
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
- Organize company documents as needed.
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation to support departmental functions.
Requirements:
- Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in admin work.
