As a Facial Therapist, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a range of high-quality facial treatments and services. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including cruise ship guests and crew members, and help them achieve their skincare goals. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing, to meet the needs of our guests. - Consult with guests to determine their skin type and any specific concerns or problem areas. - Recommend and sell skincare products to guests based on their individual needs and concerns. - Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide the best possible services to our guests. - Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition. - Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
