Preferred Requirements:
Higher education degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Commerce or Engineering, or relevant work experience
Proven track record of successful project implementations
Disciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervision
Focused on delivering an excellent service to our clients
Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
Strong work ethic
Ability to priorities and re-priorities where necessary
Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and internal teams
Excellent English communications skills, both spoken and written
Proven track record of successful project implementations with strong exposure to external clients
Previous experience in project/customer management/pre-sales
Relevant work experience in treasury management and/or management consulting (big 4 or comparable)
Any applicable professional certifications in Treasury, Accounting or Project Management are of interest
Arabic language skills appreciated but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Kyriba implementation projects to customers
Implement business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements
Effectively apply Kyriba methodology and enforce implementation standards
Support design and analysis engagement and produce related collateral
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Disciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with a minimum of supervision
Manage smaller assignments independently - day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Provide customer training
Maintain 80% or higher utilization rate
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Engage and drive effective customer meetings and workshops
Produce high-quality project documentation
Effectively set and manage clients' expectations
Develop lasting relationship with client personnel that foster client ties
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Understand and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
Seek to develop and have a thorough understanding of Kyriba modules and capabilities and constraints to be able to deliver training sessions to clients on modules as required. Modules include:

About the Role:
The Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality implementation projects. You will have the responsibility for applying best practices for all implementation work whilst still following Kyriba implementation methodologies throughout the project phases.
