Knight Frank is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator to support our Commercial Valuation service line. Working as Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of project delivery and stakeholder coordination.



Responsibilities


Management of the client onboarding process.
Respond to all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by way of:
Preparing the scope of work.
Coordination with the different teams within Knight Frank to ensure that all relevant service line representation is made in the proposal documents (as required).
Communicate with external service providers (subject matter experts for example) to ensure that the proposal's requirements are met.
Resource allocation.
Liaise with the Research team on the Client Care Framework to ensure that Knight Frank benefits from the coverage and these research presentations are translated into new business opportunities.
Liaise with the in-house Legal Counsel for all contracting related matters.
Follow through with team initiatives for client outreach with other departments such as marketing and research.
Coordinate with head of department on Human Capital Development so that each member of the team is provided with a rounded experience.
Type and prepare all correspondence: emails, reports, letters, minutes, schedules, forms, tender documents etc.
Prepare reports, agendas and papers for meetings.
Support team members in project delivery.
Assist in drafting and collating pitching material.
Oversee and manage the workload of the team Administrative Assistant on a day-to-day basis.
Provide general Personal Assistant duties to the Head of Commercial Valuations as required.
Corporate travel arrangements and bookings, including corresponding visas.
Prepare exact target e-marketing emails.
Ensure all documents have a file path for reference.
Maintain and update databases (Knight Frank Database, Contacts Register).
Maintain correct contact information on People Search for the department.
Ensure reports are in line with Knight Frank formatting standards.
Other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications


5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Ability to work through periods of high workload.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude.
Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
Certifications and Licenses: None.
Software: Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to a proficient level including mail merge, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
