Job Overview:
Al-Futtaim Group\'s International City Clinic is seeking a dedicated and Mandarin-speaking Family Medicine Specialist to join our Multispecialty Primary Care Centre. You will provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care across various medical conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with a variety of conditions, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and perform follow-ups to monitor health progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and disease management.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation, including detailed patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with advancements in Family Medicine.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support medical staff in a collaborative, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS or MBchB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a specialty qualification recognized by the Dubai Health Authority, Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, or Ministry of Health UAE.
- Fluent in Mandarin with excellent communication skills to cater to Mandarin-speaking patients.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience at a specialist level in Family Medicine, post-higher qualification.
- Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
- Comprehensive experience and competence in all aspects of Family Medicine.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills with a commitment to providing compassionate healthcare.
