Job Overview:
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator – Nursing to join our HealthHub Day Surgery Center and Specialty Clinic in Dubai Festival City Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and training clinical staff, including nurses and allied health professionals, to ensure they stay current with medical best practices, procedures, and advancements in technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and train clinical staff, including nurses and allied health professionals, ensuring they remain up-to-date with medical best practices and technological advancements.
- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials to enhance clinical competencies and skills.
- Utilize multiple learning strategies and modalities to provide a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
- Promote a culture of learning and professional achievement within the clinical environment.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop customized educational programs.
- Assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives through evaluations and feedback from participants.
- Support clinical staff in the application of evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical education.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of GCC healthcare experience in a Clinical Educator role.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering educational programs in a clinical setting.
Certifications:
- DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory).
- BLS certification (mandatory).
- ACLS/PALS Certification is preferred.
Skills:
- Fluency in English (speak, read, and write) is mandatory.
- Arabic-speaking skills are an added advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in educational technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
