Handling money (Vending machine cash et al.)
Computer literate (knowledge of MS office suite).
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Knowledge of medical aid authorization procedures.
Management of certain sundries.
Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the reception area
Ad hoc clinical, administrative and marketing duties.
