Specialist Family Medicine (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients based on best-evidence practices.
- Diagnose medical illnesses and develop personalized health programs using patient-specific data.
- Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
- Offer wellness exams, administer vaccinations, and perform medical operations as needed.
- Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and overall wellness.
- Participate equitably in the on-call roster for emergency patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Ensure adherence to Al-Futtaim Health Medical Staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
- Participate in the oversight and professional development of junior medical staff.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- MBBS or MBchB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a specialty qualification recognized by Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), or Ministry of Health UAE.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience at a specialist level, since gaining higher qualification.
- Fluent Mandarin speaker with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff.
- Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
- Appropriate experience and competence in all aspects of Family Medicine.
- Proven ability to develop personal relationships with patients and provide patient-centric care.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use patient health data for medical analysis.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professional integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
