As a **Cash Control Associate** at Roxy Cinema, you will be responsible for managing cash handling processes, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic entertainment environment, supporting the financial operations of one of Dubai’s premier cinema experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and maintain compliance with financial policies
- Prepare, process, and distribute float bags and change requests for cashiers
- Conduct daily cash counts, maintain cash entry logs, and track transactions for audits
- Perform reconciliations of daily sales, credit card transactions, and cash deposits
- Oversee petty cash distribution, ensuring proper acknowledgment and documentation
- Monitor POS transactions and maintain digital and physical financial records
- Conduct spot checks on cash handling at outlets and provide reports to finance teams
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including daily sales, weekly revenue, and tax calculations
- Track private bookings, promotional activities, and third-party revenue-sharing agreements
- Maintain records for internal and external audits, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cash handling, finance operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation, and internal audit procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with POS systems such as Opera, Omnico, or VGS is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and problem-solving abilities
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required
