The Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis will support budgeting, financial forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting for Dubai Holding Entertainment. This role ensures strategic alignment, financial sustainability, and the delivery of high-quality financial analysis to assist in business decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Group’s business plan strategy, ensuring alignment with shareholder mandates and operational goals.
- Consolidate the overall business plan and prepare strategic presentations.
- Review business assumptions, financial parameters, and operational feasibility to assess sustainability.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and challenge reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver high-quality financial planning and analysis deliverables.
- Ensure integration and alignment of strategic, operational, and financial planning processes.
- Generate comprehensive management reports, analysis, and presentations for top management and shareholders.
- Develop and enhance automated dashboards using BI tools in collaboration with the IT team.
- Oversee financial reporting system improvements and provide functional support for ERP, HFM, EPBCS, Oracle BI, Hyperion Budgeting & Planning, and related enhancements.
- Identify cost control deficiencies or revenue leakages through business performance analysis.
- Deliver accurate financial forecasts, decision support insights, and data-driven recommendations.
- Forecast revenues and profitability, conducting sensitivity analysis for varied business scenarios.
- Implement rolling forecasting for improved visibility into financial outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and business case evaluations to assess financial and strategic impacts.
- Develop analytic-driven decision-making processes to support business growth.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Valid UAE passport and family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, and planning within a large organization.
- Experience in the media, leisure, or entertainment industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Oracle is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for financial reporting.
