Key Responsibilities:

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized touch to guest interactions, enhancing their overall stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services, to meet guest needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including foreign exchange transactions.
- Manage cashiering duties, night audits tasks, and settlement processes upon guest departure.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance, upholding the brand\'s high standards of hospitality.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and effectively handle guest concerns.
- Experience with Opera software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage, especially proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Professional appearance and the ability to maintain a polished demeanor at all times.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
