Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the pool restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies are maintained.
Customer Service:
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, striving for excellence in customer service.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, considering guest preferences and seasonal trends.
Ensure that food quality and presentation consistently meet the hotel's standards.
Financial Management:
Manage the budget for the pool restaurant, tracking expenses and revenue, and implementing cost-effective measures where applicable.

Coordinate and oversee events hosted at the pool restaurant, working closely with event planners and ensuring seamless execution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a poolside or outdoor dining setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
