Early Careers and Emiratization Specialist

We are currently seeking an Early Careers and Emiratization Specialist to assist in implementing the Early Careers and Emiratization strategy in alignment with our MMC?s objectives. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the recruitment, development, and retention of our Emirati workforce.

What you need to have:

Emirati Nationals with a family book ONLY.

Graduate in any discipline, preferably with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in talent acquisition and program management.

Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
