The Talent & Organizational Development function provides talent management & OD strategies, frameworks, and tools for growing enterprise leaders, building engaged environments and creating effective organizations. This includes performance management, employee engagement, talent planning, leadership development, blended learning strategies, change management, diversity and inclusion, and our employee networks.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of best-in-class talent management / learning & development strategies and deliver a range of tools and resources aimed at building a broader culture of engagement across Ecolab IMEA. Additionally, you will be responsible for Learning & Development, Change Management, Succession Planning & Employee Engagement.

What You Will Do:
Support the creation and manage the execution of company-wide strategic talent management initiatives including the design and development of frameworks, processes and enablement tools and materials
Drive critical talent outcomes including HIPO identification and development, performance management, succession planning, career development and talent reviews. This will include discussing potentials, action plans, next assignments and expected results
Build a culture of inclusion and create strong organizational awareness of Ecolabs Purpose, Vision, Values
Partner with the IMEA HR Business Partners and HR Leadership team to identify improvement areas and solutions in order to improve inefficiencies, maximize alignment and build talent capability in the organization.
Ensure a consistent approach, communication, flawless execution and on-time delivery of all key talent processes and practices
Change Management/Leadership: Develop awareness and understanding, skills and behaviors, across the organization to better manage change.
Drive the regional agenda of people's development by identifying critical business skills, conducting gap analysis to assess current position and identify development interventions.
Design and implement OD projects and initiatives including Organizational Design, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and 360 Feedback Leadership Assessments
Manage and implement bespoke training programs, workshops, practices, and procedures for stakeholders including the design, development, and delivery.
Oversee the development of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and align it with business strategy and the 70:20:10 learning model and training practices/polices.
Develop the Talent Development Strategy
Train, coach and manage a team of Talent and L&D professionals

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or directly relevant HR discipline
Expert knowledge of Talent Management programs, trends and development principles, including learning principles, instructional design, performance management, and training evaluation
Demonstrated success in partnering with all levels of an organization, including skills in relationship building and gaining support for new initiatives
Very strong influential, intellectual, coaching and feedback skills (comfort in front of leaders of all levels and many different group sizes)
Project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects in a matrix environment
Proven success leading teams based in multiple international locations
Ability to think strategically
Strong collaboration and consultative skills to drive company-wide initiatives
Effective communication, presentation, and leadership
Be a proven people leader capable of attracting and developing the right talent
Demonstrate a real passion for Talent Management/Development of people
Ability to effectively identify gaps or inefficiencies in work processes and develop solutions to improve them
Expert user of content creation tools for interactive materials, e.g., PowerPoint or other materials needed for development and online learning
Position requiring travel
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or MA in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
Masters Degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development (OD) or related field
Minimum of 10 years of Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development and/or Culture experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in learning & development (technical, selling, behavioral), employee engagement and change management programs
Team management for at least 3-5 years
Preferably BtoB industry experience
