The HR Officer must be a UAE National and will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources department. This includes tasks related to data analysis, monthly reporting, medical and life insurance, learning and development, talent acquisition, etc. He/she must have minimum of 2 years experience managing Human resources functions. The job holder must also adhere to the health, safety, security, and quality procedures of POML in their work processes.
