*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist the sales team in handling cold calls to potential clients
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages).
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle office supply inventory and replenishment.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., brochures, forms).
*Requirements:*
- Preferably proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Solid knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping practices.
