Salary - 25,000 - 30,000 AED/month
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles within the IT infrastructure services industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and concepts, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, virtualization, and data center operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to analyze client requirements, design complex IT infrastructure solutions, and develop compelling business proposals.
Experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies for IT infrastructure design, such as ITIL, TOGAF, or COBIT, is a plus.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of our IT infrastructure services portfolio, including network infrastructure, cloud solutions, data center services, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to identify their IT infrastructure needs, pain points, and business objectives through discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to conduct in-depth assessments of their existing IT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and propose customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Solution Design: Work closely with our technical team to design scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions that address client requirements while adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, presentations, and technical documentation that clearly articulate the proposed IT infrastructure solutions, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and pricing models.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features, capabilities, and benefits of our IT infrastructure services, tailored to the specific needs and interests of each client.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the pre-sales process and beyond.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the IT infrastructure services space, and provide valuable insights to the sales and product teams.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and participate in client meetings, RFP/RFI responses, and contract negotiations.
