Front Desk Officer Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the companys services
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
