To perform duties required on site at a consistently high service level whilst working within guidelines of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's policies and procedures
Location: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah


ROLE PROFILE

Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's service steps to deliver a consistent high level of service to all guests
Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's cash handling policies to ensure all guests receive the correct change and minimize unders/overs for every shift
Utilise suggestive selling and upselling skills in all areas of the cinemas to maximize each transaction
Abide by policies & procedures listed in Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's health and safety management program to ensure a safe environment for guest, colleagues and self
Provide assistance to others where possible regardless of which department is listed on the roster
Follow food hygiene policies to ensure all food & beverage served to guests is safe and free of contamination

REQUIREMENTS

Be available to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
Minimum High School Certificate
