Responsibilities
Learn about and understand the business and gain sound knowledge of the sector.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys of commercial properties, including food and beverage, retail, and leisure facilities.
Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Assist in due diligence processes, identifying potential risks and opportunities associated with property acquisitions and disposals.
Accurately research, report and present information in writing to a professional standard.
Prepare accurate reports and documentation that comply with RICS best practices.
Organize and maintain confidential files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and market conditions in real estate regionally and globally in order to provide an informed opinion.
Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
Other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Prior work experience in a business environment is required.
Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report-writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Ability to work through periods of high workload.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks and duties.
Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
Certifications and Licenses: On the path to becoming RICS qualified. Local driving license required.
Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
