A little taste of your day-to-day:
Mixology Leadership:
Develop and maintain an innovative, diverse, and seasonal cocktail menu that showcases unique and inspired creations.
Train, mentor, and lead the bar staff, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
Foster a creative and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging the team to contribute their ideas and experiment with new techniques and ingredients.
Beverage Program Management:
Oversee inventory management, sourcing, and procurement of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and tools.
Collaborate with the management team to establish pricing strategies that balance profitability and guest satisfaction.
Regularly update the beverage program to adapt to current trends and meet guest preferences while staying true to the brand\'s identity.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all beverages served.
Conduct regular taste tests and evaluations to ensure the drinks meet the set standards and adjust recipes as necessary.
Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, following local health regulations and best practices.
Guest Interaction and Experience:
Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and educating them about the craft of mixology.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, cultivating relationships with regular patrons and attracting new customers through exceptional service.
Events and Collaborations:
Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings and enhance the overall dining experience.
Lead mixology masterclasses, tastings, and other promotional events to showcase the art of cocktails.
