This person will oversee the creation and execution of demand generation and demand-capturing initiatives that drive qualified leads, sales pipeline growth, and new business MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
This role will require a deep understanding of paid media channels, a proven track record of success in driving results with paid media, and experience managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 7 professionals
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across paid media channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve maximum ROI (Return on Investment)
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand-generation and demand-capturing campaigns
Work closely with the sales and other marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand-generation efforts
Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices
in demand generation
Present and report on demand generation results the stakeholders
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads
3+ years of experience in team leadership and management
Proficiency in marketing automation and RM software
Proven track record of driving business results with paid media, including increased qualified leads, sales pipeline growth, and new business MRR growth
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals and best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
A desire to learn and grow in the demand Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
Strong analytical skills, with experience analysing data and making data-driven decisions
Knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools, such as PowerBl or Tableau, is a plus
