ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Senior Manager - L&D is to lead and manage the Learning and Development agenda for MAF Lifestyle business. This role will manage the training needs analysis, design and evaluation of all required Learning and Development of all MAF Lifestyle employees. The role will also support the implementation of companywide L&D initiatives.
ROLE PROFILE
Supports Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle business expansion and growth across the region.
Forecast and manage and ensure training costs are in line with defined budgets.
Connect with staff members across the MAF Lifestyle business, understanding their strengths and areas of enhancement.
Leads a strategic role in the training and development department function and supports, demonstrates and communicates the company's mission, values and overall direction.
Forecast and manage and track Fashion spend on welfare events and activities at Opco and Group leveled initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships across the L&D community within MAF to ensure economy of scale ,best practices and knowledge are being shared
Conducts needs analysis by meeting with the business' leadership in an effort to identify gaps and avail effective solutions that build on employee competencies within the business.
Maintain professional and collaborative relationship with external vendors
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field.
Minimum 8-10 years' experience in HR with focus on Learning & Development.
At least 3 years management experience of skilled team members
Experience in the Retail environment is an advantage
