Core Accountabilities:
Support Group SVP, Human Capital to develop and implement employee engagement strategy for EDGE Group, including EDGE Corporate
Support Group SVP, Human Capital in defining core culture/values of EDGE Group and continuously refining, as needed, in alignment with changing business strategy
Identify and ideate opportunities for employee engagement initiatives including surveys, events, services, etc.
Drive a data-driven approach to shaping EVP/employee engagement across EDGE Group
Support SVP HR in leading/driving culture-driven initiatives across EDGE Group
Lead employee engagement surveys from design through to evaluation
Support SVP HR to monitor and report on progress from employee engagement initiatives to senior leadership
Develop and maintain relationships with third party providers including survey providers, technology providers etc.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years' of experience in Human Capital, focused on Employee Engagement with a minimum of one year of experience in a senior management role for the Employee Engagement function for a medium to large corporate
Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
Education:
Degree level qualification, preferably Master's or comparable, with strong emphasis in HR or related subject
Certification in HR with emphasis on Employee Engagement is preferable (e.g. CIPD)
Key Skills:
MS Office
Knowledge of key Employee Engagement metrics with the ability to track for progress
Knowledge of Employee Engagement best practice, methodologies, third party providers
Proficiency in the English language
