YOUR ROLE
Manages all technical activities like M&E and KP investment projects in the plant.
Implements a technology strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Delivers against technical performance KPIs, budget and projects.
Set up and executes development plans for production personnel, esp. regarding training in Engineering and technology.
Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility.
YOUR SKILLS
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related departments
Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
SAP Knowledge is a must
Effective communication and presentation skills
Being dynamic, result oriented, self-motivating and excellent team player
Able to work in Umm Al Quwain Plant Location
