Health Services and Utilities Strategic Projects Team is involved from inception until business as usual with a disciplined eye on executing every stage of the project life-cycle. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, our Project and Program Managers act as thought leaders, help find solutions to complex problems and steer the project team members to ensure deliverables within timeline and budget. Our suite of strategic programs approaches is underpinned by distinctive tools and methodologies to enable long lasting implementation.

What you will do:
As a Strategic Program Manager, you will drive key strategic, expansion, transformation programs and work closely with the project team colleagues and internal and external stakeholders to build the business operating models, processes, systems and solve problems.
You will have the opportunity together with the program team to work directly with clients, handling complex analysis, problem-solving tasks, formulating and testing hypotheses and implement difficult solutions. You will take ownership and organize specific workstreams within the overall program. You will be responsible for delivering the program objectives, steer the team members to develop and execute effective program plans and role-modeling a mindset of rapid decision-making. Above all, your job will be to manage the stakeholders' expectations and to achieve the deliverables that exceeds their anticipations.
You'll act as an expert in implementing holistic solutions. You will develop recommendations together with the program team for presentation to stakeholders and Programs Steering Committees.
You will apply a proven, methodology-driven approach to large-scale transformation that focuses on execution and capability building. Our programs will often span >6 months, and they will generally include three phases: feasibility assessment, planning an execution and closing / business as usual.
You will inspire others, build strong relationships and display high energy and resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced contexts. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but will also operate autonomously with limited direction to drive progress in your areas of accountability.

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree is strongly preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement
3+ years of proven experience in implementing successful large scale, key strategic programs/projects; consulting or advisory experience in reputed companies, large scale change management, M&A and integrations is preferred
Previous experience in Health Insurance, Health Third party administration, Healthcare or Travel and Assistance industry
Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and actionable recommendations from data and analysis
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to understand the perspectives of varied stakeholder groups
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements
Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Arabic, French languages are a plus
