ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager - Human Capital is responsible for managing and driving Human Capital related activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management and development, total rewards, employee experience and relations compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues for all employees within the assigned business unit. The role holder is also responsible for working with functional leaders, teams, managers, and key stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE
Work with various Human Capital Functions drive and deliver key Human Capital initiatives such as performance management and talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, total rewards, employee relations and employee experience.
Contribute to the implementation of all relevant Human Capital projects-initiated Human Capital Centre of excellence functions and provide input based on business unit requirements.
Advice and develop on forecasting hiring needs and staff costs within the assigned business unit with the respective functional leaders.
Ensure the Talent acquisition requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner, conduct interviews with senior candidates following the Human Capital/Talent acquisition policies and procedures aligning with Total Rewards guidelines.
In support with Talent Management, engage on the succession planning exercise, including identification of critical roles and potential successors in collaboration with the senior management.
Engage with the Total Rewards team to ensure Job evaluations are in place for the approved organizational structures and effectively deliver reward related outputs to the functional leaders / Country Human Capital representatives.
Act as an internal advisor and support Function Heads across the assigned business unit that influence Human Capital strategies and a collaborative culture.
Work closely with the other Human Capital functions to ensure seamless and positive employee experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Capital Management
8-10 years in a Human Capital Department and 3+ years of experience as Human Capital Business Partner.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking and Business acumen.
Excellent Business Communication skills.
Project Management and strong Analytical skills.
